After gaining valuable experience in the field of dermocosmetics, Raffaele felt the need to create something of his own, something that could reflect his vision and commitment to innovation and quality. Thus, in 2014, together with Rosaria Santangelo, he founded Alsa Lab, combining their strengths, passions, and visions to create an entity that would soon make a mark in the industry.<\/p>\n
Today, as co-founder of Alsa Lab, Raffaele continues to lead the company with the same passion and determination that drove him to embark on this journey. His leadership and ability to see beyond the obvious make him a central figure in the growth and success of Alsa Lab.<\/p>\n

That year, together with her life partner, Raffaele Aloia, she founded Alsa Lab.
